Responsibilities

Lead the fulfillment team

Daily standups, Slack, and ongoing coaching keep the team aligned and accountable.

Run the weekly operating rhythm

1:1s, pod meetings, and scorecard reviews. You hold the cadence.

Own the hiring funnel

Recruit and onboard GTM Engineers as we scale. Design onboarding and ongoing training programs.

Build internal processes and SOPs

Document the systems that drive client results forward. If it isn't written, it doesn't exist.

Own client and team dashboards

Full visibility into what's working and what's slipping, before it slips. Every client has a clear owner.

Build AI-native workflows

Use Claude Code and modern tooling to create real leverage across the team.

Requirements

3+ years in agency ops, GTM ops, or senior fulfillment

You've run the operational side of a service business, not just executed inside one.

You've run outbound at scale

Volume, infrastructure, deliverability, and the operational mechanics that break at every growth stage.

You've managed a team of 3+ in a service business

Direct people leadership with accountability for outcomes, not just coordination.

You've built operating cadences from scratch

Not just maintained someone else's. You think in systems and roll up your sleeves the same week.

Figure-it-out ability

You take things into your own hands, protect the founder's attention, and only escalate the real walls.

Bonus: Claude Code experience
