When a lead raises their hand on a client's campaign, it becomes yours. You own it from the first reply until it's booked, working email, phone, text, and voicemail to turn interest into meetings on the calendar.

Partner with our Head of GTM Strategy to run the operational engine of our fulfillment org. We're building what comes after the traditional agency model: leaner, AI-native, and built around individual leverage instead of headcount.

Respond to interested replies fast

Speed-to-lead is everything. The faster you touch a hand-raise, the more meetings you book.

Warm-call leads as they come in

Pick up the phone while the interest is hot. Don't wait for it to cool off.

Follow up across every channel

Email, phone, text, and voicemail until the lead books or hard-passes. Nothing goes cold.

Push leads through the CRM

Move every lead from interested to booked. Every lead tracked, nothing falls through the cracks.

Learn each client's offer cold

Across finance, marketing, SaaS, and more, well enough to reinforce its value on the fly.

Adapt your messaging in real time

Read what each lead actually says and respond like a human, not a script. Always reinforce why the call is worth it.

Requirements

Based in North America, 9am to 5pm EST

You're available during Eastern business hours and ready to work the inbox and phones live.

Hungry above all else

Your default question every morning is how many calls can I book today. Drive matters more than your resume.

Comfortable on the phone

Warm calling energizes you. You'll be on email, phone, and text all day.

Relentless on follow-up

You don't let leads go cold. You text, call, email, and leave voicemails until you get a yes or a no.

Resourceful

When something isn't working, you figure it the fuck out. Coachable, organized, and you never drop a lead.

Bonus: SDR or outreach-tool experience

Appointment-setting experience or familiarity with tools like EmailBison, Smartlead, Attio, or Claude. Not required, just a plus.
